Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to us! We are pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees.
Your open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Benefits Program.
Open Enrollment will start on 4/17/2022 and close on 5/1/2022.
Here's what you'll need to do to get started:
- View your Benefits Snapshot for a quick comparison of your plans and cost per pay.
- View your Employee Benefit Guide and all the benefits materials in the Benefits Overview section.
- Follow the instructions in the How to Enroll section and be sure to enroll at ADP Workforce Now.
- Watch the Educational Videos and view the Additional Resources to learn more about your benefits program.
Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are; marriage, divorce, birth, adoption and loss in coverage.
Benefits Overview
- Our medical carrier will continue to be Blue Care Network for 2022 with no plan or cost changes for 2022.
- We are adding a NEW Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO 2000 plan option for 2022.
- Use our PLANselect Decision Support Tool for help choosing your medical plan!
- We will continue to offer an Employer Contribution to your Health Savings Account for those who see their PCP for a Preventive/Wellness Visit.
- MMA/Metlife will continue to be our dental carrier with no changes for 2022.
- BCBSM/VSP will continue to be our vision carrier with no changes for 2022.
- Lincoln Financial will continue to be our Life and Disability Carrier with no changes for 2022.
- iSolved will continue to be our FSA Administrator. There is an increase to the maximum to $2,850.

How To Enroll
- Visit ADP Workforce Now to review your elections for June 1, 2022.
- Review the medical elections carefully and select a plan.
- If you are an active employee, your dental, vision, life and disability elections will carry forward to 2022
- Please be sure you elect your beneficiary information.
- To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2022, you must make an active election, even if you participated last year.
